Huang was born in Tainan, Taiwan, on February 17, 1963. His household moved to Thailand when he was 5 years aged. When he was nine, he and his older brother ended up despatched to the United States to Dwell by having an uncle in Tacoma, Washington. When he was 10, he lived in the boys' dormitory together with his brother at Oneida Baptist Institute
